What times are you available for sessions?
After you go to the "Soccer" tab and then click a service, then click the desired session package, the session availability calendar will appear with available times.
Is there weekend availability?
Yes, there is weekend availability however, depending on the time of year it can be limited because coach Keegan coaches 5 teams and their games are on the weekends. The best time to schedule a weekend session is the Thursday or Friday before.
Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are held at Robinswood Park in Bellevue. Exceptions to this can be made for an additional charge.
What ages do you coach?
8 years old and up (even adults!).
How long are the sessions?
Players 8-10 years old will have 45-minute sessions unless arranged otherwise. All other sessions are 60 minutes long.
I already bought a session package, how do I schedule my remaining sessions?
You go through the same process in which you scheduled your first session except you will not be sent an invoice. Click on the "Soccer" tab and then click on the service you purchased. Next, click the session package you purchased. The availability calendar will show up again and you can schedule your next session.
Can I click multiple dates in the availability calendar?
Unfortunately, you cannot click multiple dates in the availability calendar. To schedule more than one session there are two ways available. The first is to schedule one at a time online. This is the fastest way and most likely to secure the day and time you want. The second way is to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the days and times you want. However, if someone schedules the time slot that you want online before your email is read, then the person who scheduled online will receive the slot.
Is the availability calendar 100% accurate?
The availability calendar syncs with coach Keegan's calendar and sometimes takes a few minutes to update. This can lead to showing available times that are not really available. If this happens you will be contacted shortly after to reschedule your session.
Do you create groups?
Players looking for group sessions must find players they would like to do the sessions with. Nebula will sometimes have groups looking for players and this will be communicated through email. Otherwise, Nebula does not create groups.
What do I bring to training?
All players should bring their soccer cleats, appropriate weather gear, and water.
What if the weather is bad?
We will train in all weather. The only weather-related cancellation would be due to road conditions or too much snow at our training location.
How do I pay?
Once your first session is booked you will be sent an invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
Once a service is bought all transactions are final.

You will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date).
