Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance through the Nebula Soccer booking system. Clients are responsible for selecting a time that fits their schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time to retain the session credit or receive a refund (if applicable). Any session canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will be charged in full and the session credit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended, and the full session will still be counted. Session Packages All session packages are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser unless otherwise approved. Weather & Coach Cancellations If a session must be canceled due to weather or by the coach, the session will be rescheduled or credited back to the client. Agreement By booking a session or purchasing a package, clients agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
